Hearing reports from other people that are not at smallfield surgery I think we are very lucky as they can not do enough for you . They will do there very best at getting you an appointment the same day .I don't think that they could do anything else it's the best surgery in the area

I recently telephoned the NHS 111 service late on a Thursday night as I was concerned about heart palpitations. I was very impressed with the response I received and felt quite reassured. They suggested I see my GP within the next 4 working days. I called the GP Surgery (Smallfield Surgery) the following morning as it was nearly the weekend and I would prefer not to wait until Monday to speak to a doctor. I was offered an appointment at 10.40 that morning and met with Dr Bosch at the Surgery. He was very re-assuring and explained the behaviour of my heart. He arranged for me to receive an ECG and blood tests. I went to the receptionist who arranged for the ECG the following morning (Saturday) and blood tests (that were not urgent) before the end of the year. Considering Christmas was almost upon us I was very impressed with both the speed and service I received.
